Hi, I'm Kellie
If you've landed here, something has probably brought you to this point — maybe anxiety that won't quieten down, feelings you can't quite name, or a sense that you're just not quite yourself anymore.
Whatever it is, you're in the right place.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you set the pace. There's no pressure to have it all figured out, no therapy jargon, and no expectation that you'll arrive with the answers. We simply start where you are.
WHO I WORK WITH
You don’t need to be “less anxious” to start therapy
You might be here because anxiety has become part of your daily life.
Or because you’ve lived through experiences that taught your body to stay on high alert.
I work with people who are:
-
Living with anxiety, panic, or constant worry
-
Recovering from domestic abuse, coercive control, or emotionally unsafe relationships
-
Experiencing PTSD or trauma responses
-
Struggling with low self-worth or self-doubt
-
Trying to understand what a safe relationship actually feels like
My Approach
HOW I WORK
I work in an integrative, person-centred way — which simply means that I follow your lead.
Sessions aren't about me handing you a list of techniques or telling you what to think.
They're about creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, perhaps for the first time in a while, and where we can begin to gently untangle what's been going on.
There's no rush. No agenda. Just two human beings in conversation — one of whom happens to have some training that might help.
